Throughout his career, Senanayake has specifically focused on developing global sales and marketing strategies, customer experience management, and successfully guiding teams around the world through change. His unique combination of operational insight, combined with thorough financial and administrative knowledge, provides an excellent foundation for his new responsibilities.
In his previous role as COO and CFO at Ventiv Technology, he successfully integrated financial and operational management, leading to growth in recurring revenue, sales, professional services, and product management. His authentic leadership style in guiding founder-led companies through change is of great value to Paessler, especially following the recent strategic investment from Turn/River Capital. Senanayake will leverage his expertise in operations and finance to drive innovation and operational excellence at Paessler.
