"With the acquisition of Talend, Qlik offers significant benefits to the customer. We provide a broader product offering and improved service support. Additionally, we invest in innovation and R&D," said CEO Mike Capone. "Qlik's extensive expertise in data integration, analytics, AI, and machine learning combined with Talend's solutions provide the most comprehensive results in the industry."

Data fragmentation is increasingly caused by the rise of various information sources that are not interconnected. With Talend, Qlik offers a new range of solutions that connect sources. It also prevents technological lag and additional costs. As a result, trust in the company grows as it becomes clear that reliable data is available when needed.

"The services of Qlik and Talend complement each other perfectly. Customers benefit from the entire data lifecycle, regardless of where they are in their digital transformation," says Mike Leone, Principal Analyst for Analytics & AI at Enterprise Strategy Group. "Numerous data initiatives, such as labs and communities, are trying to build trust within data ecosystems. This is not just about data, but also about processes and people. Customers can now benefit from robust data integration capabilities and data management, allowing them to make a difference in systems and build trust."

The solutions from Qlik and Talend expand capabilities in many key areas, such as data quality, transformation, application connectivity, and API services. Qlik also remains accessible to virtually any data source, target, architecture, or methodology, ensuring that customers always have the data they need, when they need it.

The acquisition of Talend by Qlik has achieved a leading position in multiple market categories. For seven consecutive years, Gartner has positioned Talend as a leader in its Magic Quadrant for Data Integration Tools, and for five consecutive years as a leader in its Magic Quadrant for Data Quality Solutions. Qlik has also been a leader in the Magic Quadrant for Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms for thirteen consecutive years.
