By placing the Ennatuurlijk personas at the center of the service provision, efforts are made towards the ultimate end-user experience. This includes the transformation to a secure and functional Modern Workplace based on Microsoft 365, enabling the Ennatuurlijk employee to perform their work optimally. Adoption of new features is an integral part of the service provision from Conclusion Future IT.
By combining Microsoft's modern cloud technology with high-quality customer care support, both organizations continuously gain insight into the end-user experience. Real-time dashboards support bringing the experience to the highest possible level, with a rating of eight being the minimum threshold.
In the joint transformation of the server landscape and applications to Microsoft Azure, a future-proof, secure, and scalable IT setup is being realized for Ennatuurlijk.
Socially critical role
Ennatuurlijk has a socially critical role in Dutch society. They provide heat to 85,000 households and help in making the Netherlands more sustainable. They work daily with municipalities, housing corporations, businesses, residents, and builders to make our existing heating networks more sustainable. The organization also lays new networks for locally cooling and heating homes, businesses, and schools. Ennatuurlijk does this by linking neighborhoods to local sources, from geothermal heat to heat from industry.
