The revenue of Cloudreach is expected to exceed 100 million euros in the calendar year 2021. The headquarters of Cloudreach is located in London, and there are also offices in the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Switzerland, and India.
Cloudreach is a Premier Consulting Partner of Amazon Web Services (AWS), a Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Services Provider (MSP), a Google Cloud Premier Partner, and a Google Cloud Security Partner. Recently, the company won the AWS Consulting Partner of the Year Award for Great Britain & Ireland. Cloudreach holds more than 1,000 certifications for AWS, Microsoft Azure, and the Google Cloud Platform.
As a result of this acquisition, Cloudreach's capabilities in consulting, transformations, and the development of digital solutions for clients - utilizing cloud-based applications, data analytics, and machine learning - will be integrated into hybrid and multicloud platforms and bundled with Atos' leadership in Hybrid Cloud, SAP HANA, Application Modernization, Digital Workplace, Edge Computing, cybersecurity, and IoT.

Recently, Cloudreach and AWS signed a strategic partnership agreement to accelerate global cloud adoption. This agreement forms the basis of a strong joint proposition and investments in innovations of the Cloudreach software, expansion into other regions, and the launch of a Talent Academy.

The transaction between both parties is now subject to official approval by the competent authorities and is expected to officially take effect in the first quarter of 2022.
